The SARAH Salvador hospital, inaugurated in 1994, is located in the Caminho das Árvores neighborhood and offers care within four major specialities: neurology, orthopedics, pediatric rehabilitation, and spinal cord injury neurorehabilitation.

The center admits adults with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other neurological disorders. Inflammatory and degenerative Orthopedic problems, as well as trauma sequelae are also treated.

The main pediatric diagnoses treated at SARAH Salvador are: cerebral palsy, spina bifida, brain and spinal cord injury of diverse origins, neuropsychomotor developmental delays, and childhood orthopedic disorders such as congenital clubfoot and congenital hip dislocation.

This hospital also offers the Network’s Traffic Accident Prevention and Education Program, an educational lecture and interactive series for middle and high schools students.
