Preventing is as important as treating!

The SARAH Network of Rehabilitation Hospitals develops programs that aim at educating and preventing the incidence of the main pathologies treated at its facilities.  The epidemiological studies performed at the Sarah Network aim at better understanding patients’ characteristics and identifying the causes of a given disorder or disease.

Sharing knowledge, a constant concern of the professionals employed at the Network, is part of the efforts to democratize information, continuation of the care essential to health and quality of life.

Based on the concept of a humanistic approach to medical care and aggressive efforts at informing the population, SARAH launched the Accident Prevention and Education Program in Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Salvador, Fortaleza and São Luís.
